Add-On Social Media Post

Thank you for choosing to advertise your property through Preservation North Carolina’s highly trafficked social media channels. This is an add-on item to a current or new website ad. The property listing will run once on both of Preservation North Carolina’s Instagram and Facebook pages and will also be featured in our stories. This is a great opportunity to get your historic property in front of a large preservation-minded audience.

The social media post will include the same 6 photos (or up to 10 photos if more were purchased) and copy from the website ad you’ve submitted. If the copy needs to be shortened to fit in the social media post, we will email you for your approval.

Note: social media ads will not be posted until we’ve received your approval on the live website ad.

Additional Photo for Online Property Ad

Purchase as many additional photos as you’d like for your property ad, for $10/photo. Use this option if you are adding photos to an existing ad, or are adding photos to a property that Preservation North Carolina holds covenants on.

Change fee

This fee is required to make changes to a property ad (excluding price adjustments) on Preservation North Carolina’s website after ad initial posting. Please contact us at HPE@presnc.org to send your changes.

12 month HPE Online Ad

Thank you for choosing to advertise through Preservation North Carolina’s website. Your ad will run for 12 months from the date it is approved or until the property sells or listing agreement (agents) ends, whichever comes first. Your copy can be as brief or extensive as you like – there is no word limit, and all ads include 6 photos (as jpeg files, 600h x 800w pixels preferred).

6 Month HPE Online Ad
