Attend the New Bern Preservation Foundation’s 38th Annual Antique Show & Sale this January!
The New Bern Preservation Foundation (NBPF) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to preserve and protect the architectural heritage of New Bern, NC. The 38th Annual Antique Show and Sale is their main fundraiser for preserving buildings and homes in New Bern. Food and drinks available by food trucks and inside vendors.
This year’s guest speaker Robert Leath, Executive Director of the Edenton Historical Commission and the Elizabeth Vann Moore Foundation, will speak about some of Edenton, NC’s historic treasures — including Hayes Farm!
Hayes Farm, one of the State’s most remarkable historic landmarks, is being transformed into a dynamic, publicly accessible historic site. An original signed copy of the US Constitution was found in an old file cabinet at Hayes Farm and auctioned for 9 million dollars in October! Mr. Leath will guide the audience through the transformation of Hayes Farm during his presentation.
