Preservation NC 2024 Annual Conference

Join us this October in Rocky Mount and Tarboro! Rocky Mount is a mid-sized city centrally located on the fall line that separates the low coastal plain from the hilly Piedmont. This railroad town and former tobacco hub is divided between Nash and Edgecombe counties and is home to several inspiring rehabilitation projects including Rocky Mount Mills, the Imperial Centre, the Booker T. Theater, and the city’s Romanesque-style 1903 passenger train station.

Nearby, Tarboro is an older river town and the county seat of Edgecombe County with a colonial Town Common. Considered one of the most architecturally distinguished small towns in the eastern part of our state, local landmarks include Calvary Episcopal Church and Churchyard, St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, the Matthewson House, Coolmore, and The Barracks.

ADVANCE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. ON-SITE REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE STARTING 10/16 AT 12:30PM.
